When will my Paperback book arrive?
We aim to despatch paperback books within 24 hours of the order being placed. If the book that you have ordered is a non-stock item you will receive an email giving details of the expected delivery time.

When will my E-Book Arrive?
If the order is placed within business operating hours (i.e. 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday) then we aim to deliver your E-Book to the email address provided within 6 hours. In many cases it is much sooner than this.

I have ordered an E-Book but it hasn't arrived.
First of all, if you use a remote email program such as Hotmail or Yahoo! please check your settings to ensure that you can receive attachments. Secondly, check your Trash folder. If you still don't receive the book please contact Tourismwork by sending an email with your full name and PayPal Transaction ID to info@tourismwork.co.uk

Why can't I print my E-Book?
This is a security measure. If we allowed people to print the E-Books then we would leave ourselves open to mass reproduction.
